Learn how to make snow skin mooncake in three different shapes: traditional shape, more fun shape and bunny shape.

Ingredients:
(makes 3 rabbit mooncakes)

Sugar syrup
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 cup (240 ml) water
½ tbsp lemon juice

100 g sugar syrup
50 g roasted glutinous rice flour
¼ can (130 g) Japanese azuki bean paste
¼ tsp of your favorite essence
red food coloring (optional)
